How can I access Form 1040 line 14 to enter additional tax from Form 1040 Schedule 4? I am using Turbo Tax Deluxe.

To enter the line 14 information: In your open return, type "other taxes" into the search box and click on "Jump to other taxes". Then following the program prompts to complete your entry.
