Household Employees

We have two household employees for which we will pay their share of social security taxes and the NJ unemployment contribution tax and family leave insurance contribution tax.  My understanding that the social security and medicare taxes we pay on their behalf will the added to wages (Box 1) but not social security wages (Box 3) and medicare wages (Box 5).  Do we add this to their state wages as well?  In addition, we will be paying their portion of NJ Unemployment and Family Leave contribution tax.  Is this also added to wages (Box 1)?  Added to state wages? and will this be added to social security and medicare wages?
