Home & business software goes blank when updates or certain section ends - not sure if it is calculating ?

when certain section - i.e. Deduction and Credits, after inputting HSA portion, screen goes blank with tabs ... not sure if it is calculating?

Bug in the system or am I doing something wrong? Please advise

I do not believe that you are doing anything wrong. Other users have reported the same issue, which, annoyingly, is sporadic in nature.
