It is included with your tax return. If you have not filed yet, you can print from the Print Center on the left-hand side. If you have already filed, you will land on the Tax Home page when you sign in. From there, scroll all the way down to Your tax returns and documents. On the right-hand side, you should see Print PDF. Download/print the PDF version of your tax return. Form 8949 will be included.
You can print any page from Forms Mode if you are using the desktop software.
Form 8949 to be mailed is a form that you supply. It is not in your e-Filed tax return or PDF, or you would not be asked to mail it.

Expert @DawnC :
Why would I mail a form that is already included with my tax return ?.
Your statement is consistent with the Help File you referenced, but that is very misleading and would lead @rose707 to print out a summary Form 8949 and mail it to the IRS. This accomplishes nothing.
