Hi, please refund, there should of been no charge. ProPublica Order number: EFE5D######## Order date: 4/18/2018 Total charges due: $119.99

This is mainly a user community forum, so nothing account-specific can be handled here.   Here's how to contact TurboTax Support to discuss any fee/billing issues.

You can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate which TurboTax you used (Online, CD/download, etc.)  then indicate Which Edition in the other dropdown menu.

For the issue just say billing issue without quotes.

If you ordered through ProPublica, you must get the refund from them.

I think user may be referring to the ProPublica article which came out this week about TT users ending up in paid products who didn't plan to.   Hopefully, at some point there will be some official policy from TurboTax, so I'm just sending all threads mentioning ProPublica to Support to handle.  The order number looks styled like other TT order numbers.
