Hi, my spouse is non-working homemaker. However, i am sending my daughter to Preschool and paying $275 per month. Am i eligible to show the amount under "Child Care" exp?

No, you aren't eligible for the Child and Dependent Care Credit if you file a joint return and one parent doesn't have earned income. You also don't qualify if you are married and filing a separate return.
