Hi i'm in pennsilvania, in Allegheny county.Do i have to fill local taxes?. Turbo tax just showed me to do federal and pennsilvania taxes...i only have one income.

Yes, if you live in Pennsylvania the state law requires all taxpayers to file a Local Earned Income Tax Return.

TurboTax doesn't prepare Local Earned Income Tax returns for the State of Pennsylvania, you would have to file the local return on your own. Here is a PA.gov link that has a list of local Tax Collectors by District that you can choose from http://dced.pa.gov/local-government/local-income-tax-information/local-income-tax-collector/.
