Hi, I am in USA from Mid August 2019 and currently on F1 STEM OPT Status. Only visited my home country once for 3 weeks in late 2021. Am I non-resident alien?

Yes, you are still considered a non-resident alien because you are considered exempt for five calendar years when you entered the country.
