Unfortunately, there is not a way in the system to do that since the IRS and your state are two separate tax agencies. What most people do in your situation is e-file their returns and indicate that they will pay their federal balance due by check, and then wait until you receive your state refund and then send in a check to the IRS. As long as you pay your taxes due on or before 4/15 you will be all set.
