How can I transfer my completed state return (through Turbo Tax online) to the software program - I transferred files over but only the federal info shows??

Here are the steps to download 2018 tax file from Turbotax online:

• Login to your turbotax account.
• Click on Tax tools from left nav
• Click Tools
• Click on "Save your 2018 return to your computer"This action will create and download .tax2018 file on your computer which should contain both fed and state return(if you have filled fed and state).
