Help with old turbotax file

Hello,

I purchased turbotax in 2021 and used the online version in 2020 (Home and business for both)- Need to amend those returns but when I try downloading a copy of the software, I get an error, "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."

Cleared caches and used 3 different computers and browsers and spent an hour with support. I still have the keys. Anyone know how I can get a copy of the software for those tax years?
