For tax years 2013 through 2017, I worked as a self employed consultant and used the Turbotax Home and Business version of the software. In February 2018, I was hired directly by the company that I was consulting to. So I paid the 4Q 2017 taxes in January 2018 and 1Q 2018 taxes on the small amount of self employed income earned in January. Can I use the Turbotax Deluxe version for 2018 taxes, and be able to show the W2 and 1099 income as well as claim both sets of taxes paid on the self employed income? I'm not sure if all of the correct forms are available with Deluxe, or do I need to use the Home and Business version again?

It depends. In TurboTax Deluxe you can enter W-2 and 1099 income, plus your estimated tax payments for 2018. But, you will not be able to enter any business expenses associated with your self-employment income from January 2018. If you need to enter business expenses, then you will be required to upgrade to Home & Business.
