Help how dose this make sense???

Ahh, yes, the 1098-T is not included in Free Edition.   You can delete it; it is not required to be entered on your tax return.   Delete Form 8863 if it is included in your return - it shouldn't be, but if it is, delete it.

What if you have taxable income from the 1098-T?

Based on the image, you did not qualify for either education credit.    Did you enter a 1098-T, did you have scholarships or grants included?

Education credits - review this document to make sure you qualify to take a credit and provide some more details if you are still having issues.

Ya I entered a 1098-T and a 1098-E. I don't care if I don't get the credit but the website is trying to make me pay as it says the reason I need to pay is due to having a lifetime learning credit, when it already told me that I don't qualify for it.
