Hello! I filed my Federal & State returns on 01/08 and they have yet to be accepted. Would you be able to tell me when I can expect my refund?

The IRS will not be open and Accepting or Rejecting returns until January 29, 2018. Right now your return will stay in a pending status until the IRS opens.
