Hello, I entered the correct AGI and my return was rejected. My tax preparer did not file my taxes for the year 2018 until this year. What should I do?

Enter the number 0 (zero) for the AGI. Your 2018 AGI will not be in the IRS database since it was not filed until 2020. If it still rejects, try 0 one more time.  If that doesn't work, you will have to print and mail your return.
