Health insurance coverage after leaving the US

Hi 

For the tax year 2018, I was employed in the US till May 2018. I have received 1095-C with the code 1E for the months Jan thru April and 1H from May onwards.

The question is - when filing the tax returns for 2018 do I have to have to pick the months I have had the coverage or would the correct option be "... had health insurance all year long".
