have paid at most 89.99+ tax previous this year was $209. Emailed for a full or partial refund. But they say it’s not part of their satisfaction guarantee terms. Help

Somehow was upgraded to live assisted but didn’t and don’t use it. Nearly impossible to get a real person over the phone. Has anyone had this issue and were successful with getting a full or partial refund?
