Has turbo tax charged you a large sum when they should not have?

I didnt see an option to file for free, then when i filed myself they looked it over put the stamp of approval and i submitted.  It came back rejected! I had to go back in and figure it out myself and resubmit .  I should not have to pay the high price of $250
