IDnotify is not a part of Intuit ... it is a third party vendor so you would have to ask them.

They have no need to share and it is against the IRS & Banking regulations.

Information doesn't move that direction.  Turbotax may access one of your credit reports to perform "knowledge based authentication" if you forget your password and need to reset it.  But information about your taxes or personal finances doesn't flow the other direction from Turbotax to the credit bureaus, with or without IDNotify.
