I'm at the step to upload my form but it's not taking my w2 info

Enter your W-2 manually instead of uploading it. It only takes a few minutes, and it will be much faster and easier than trying to figure out why the upload isn't working.

Make sure that the W-2 form that you have from your employer says 2023 on it.
