Getting refund from Colorado but need to pay california and federal turbotax never ask for bank info

Getting refund from Colorado but need to pay california and federal turbotax never ask for bank info. Is this normal? Should I edit pdf and add it myself or just wait for state of Colorado to mail me check? This is due to DR 179 which requires me to mail in my return rather than filing electronically

Check the forms in your return - specifically Colorado DR0104. On the line where your refund amount appears, there should be a place to enter your bank routing number and account number. If you are filing by mail, you can enter this information manually.

You may need to pay your California tax liability now to avoid penalties and interest. The Colorado refund may take weeks to be processed.
