Geogia filing

I am having difficulty with the Georgia filing. I cannot figure out how to claim the tax credit for the donation to the Georgia Goal progam.

To claim the credit for a donation through the Georgia GOAL program, while working on your Georgia State Tax Return, you will come to a screen with "Take a look at Georgia credits".  On this page, scroll down to "Education Expense Credit" and click on Start.  On the next screen you will see "Did You Receive Pre-approval for the Education Expense Credit?"  You will need Form QEE-TP1, which you should have received from the Georgia Department of Revenue, and Form QEE-SSO1, which you should have received from the student scholarship organization.   You won't be able to claim the credit without these.  If you have them, click Yes.  TurboTax will guide you through entering your information and claiming the credit.
