General expense turbotax business

After I input all the components of General expense and then click "Done" the resulting sum is incorrect.

It may be that TT is rounding the amount, either up or down.  So, for example, if your total (with cents) was equal to $100.51, then TT will round UP to $101.  If the total was equal to $100.49, then TT will round DOWN to $100.  Note that this is as the IRS expects, so if this accounts for the difference, then you do not need to be concerned.
