fully depreciated rental property - reconciling capital expenses

I am trying to capitalize expenses for a new roof on my rental house installed in 2023. The house is now fully depreciated. TurboTax allows me to enter all the information but provides zero deduction when I view the depreciation table.

It has something to do with the fact that the house is fully depreciated but there must be a way around such as making the basis of property higher ?

I was able to enter a roof as a new asset for depreciation without issue. Are you seeing a message somewhere and if so what section?
