Free guaranteed? Mine is not and has always been. I've used TT for 10+ yrs, now waiting over 6 weeks for return. Why should I ever use you again when it just cost me 100?

I have used Turbo Tax as long as I can remember. It has always been adequate. The first day (1 Feb 2019) I got the necessary information I filed my taxes and shortly there after it was received by IRS and approved. That was approximately eight weeks ago. I have inquired several times as to where it is at no one knows or really seems to care. Glad I got the deluxe version.
