Form nj2210 not attached to return sent to nj and return rejected, what do I do?

If I checked the box on the nj return to attach form nj2210 on line 52 but the form was never attached on the return filed by turbo tax and the return was therefore rejected by nj, how do I fix this software glitch which refuses to attach and send nj2210 with my e-filing of the nj return?
