Form 8938: Level of detail?

I have one investment account at a bank in Germany. Inside the account I hold shares in three German companies (SAP, BMW and Siemens). In Part VI of form 8938, do I enter the one account in aggregate? Or do I make three separate entries (ie, fill out Part VI three times), one for each stock holding? Thx.

Yes, you will enter each stock separately and therefore have three entries (SAP, BMW and Siemens).

I found the attached on the IRS website, which indicates that it is not necessary to separately list the contents of an account on form 8938. But the IRS instructions for form 8938 seem to imply that a separate list is required, so I wasn't sure. Thank you for responding.
