Form 8606 not automatically generated

I recently discovered that 8606 was not automatically generated in previous years even though contributions to my traditional IRA  were deemed non-deductible.  Has anyone experienced this issue and how I can ensure that Turbotax starts to generate this form?  Thanks.

Form 8606 is not to be included in your 2023 tax return if you made no nondeductible traditional IRA contributions for 2023, made no distributions from your traditional IRAs in 2023 while having basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions, and you did no Roth conversions in 2023.  With no reason to include Form 8606, your last filed Form 8606 is still current with respect to the amount of basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions that carry forward.
