Form 8606 Bug

Multiple errors on Form 8606:

1)

Line 11-12: Blank

Line 13: $12500

However, Line13 is supposed to add lines 11 and 12. Why are lines 11 and 12 it blank?

2) Line 6 is blank. However, when I click the magnifying glass to go to supporting form, IRA info Worksheet line 18 has the correct value of $4

Do you have a star next to line 13? If yes, then TurboTax is using the Taxable IRA Distribution Worksheet to calculate line 13.
