Last night while watching the Super Bowl or a pregame show, I saw Intuit Turbo Tax as a sponsor and my immediate reaction when seeing the company name, and never before, was this is a lousy company that does not know how to communicate to their customers and keep them informed. The "Community" has done an outstanding job in trying to reach TT, but is seems to fall on deaf ears. We are unable to call in to talk to a live person and we only have the Community forum to try and reach an answer to our questions, with no avail.
TT has a long hill to climb to win myself, and possibly others, as to their go to Tax Software provider in the future. Airing our concerns and frustrations on social media might be the best way of getting their attention.
