I'm using the desktop version. I have had my taxes ready to file since January 28th and it's now February 14th and I STILL can't e-file due to TT screw up! I've been using TT for 10 years, but am really angry about this runaround from Intuit, i.e. clear your cache, sign up for update notifications, blah, blah, blah. FIX the blasted problem! First, Feb. 7 was the date, and now there's no estimated fix date. It's hilarious that you had a contest for "early filers" and those of us who were ready in January are STILL WAITING!
You know what they say about hockey? You're only as good as your last shift. Intuit, you're only as good as the tax year I'm working on, and, so far, TY2023 is frustrating garbage. H&R Block is looking very appealing for TY 2024. I'm not kidding. FIX THE ISSUE!
