Form 5695 generates a value is estimated error and cannot e-file. "Effprop is marked as estimated" I cannot locate any estimations associated with this form.

Yes, you can find figures marked as estimated in Forms mode. Here's how to do that:

1. Open your TurboTax software and your return. 
2. Select the Forms icon in the upper right corner.
3. Highlight Form 5695 in the list on the left.
4. Check the form for any figures in pink or red.
5. Once you find the red or pink figure, highlight it with your cursor, select Edit from the top menu, then Unmark Estimated.
6. You can correct the figure if needed. 
7. When you are done, select Step-by Step in the upper right corner to return the the interview and Review your return.
