Form 568 not E-Filed because of Depreciation/Amortization 5883L

This is the 2nd time TT has not e-filed my form 568, this year I narrowed down why, but I would like to know more about it to avoid this problem next year. I had to check off a box that TT won't e-file my Form 568 for a variety of reasons, but only one pertains to me: Depreciation/Amortization 5883L.

What does this mean? Do depreciating assets for my business make it so I can't e-file form 568? Is it because I took the depreciation deduction to be over-time rather than have those assets deduct my taxes for only this year? Why would California not let you e-file for that reason? What can I do so this doesn't happen again next year?
