I bought my ISO with my company in 2019 but have not sold any because it is not trading. The Exercise price says 0.19 and the 'Fair Market value' says 0.76. BUT the stock is not trading, the 'Fair Market Value' is just on paper. In TT where it asks for 'Enter your ISO adjustment', do I enter 0.57 or 0.57 X number of shares I purchased. This effects my AMT

You would enter the Discount Amount times number of shares purchased.

Thanks Marilyn, the value is only on paper. If I do that I owe a big AMT. Tomorrow the company may go down and my options will be worth nothing.
