Form 2210 not listed in View Forms or Print

I called in with the below issue and almost immediately received an email that said "Your Turbo Case [phone number removed] is Closed."

This case/call was reporting a problem with Form 2210, printing and viewing.

1. My 1040 calculates an underpayment penalty
2. Form 2210 is not listed to View or Print
3. By clicking on the 1040 penalty amount, the 2210 will display, but when trying to print it only page 1 prints, not page 2 (which has a portion of the penalty calculation)
4. Page 2 requires another calculation worksheet that only displays if you click on the penalty amount on page 2.
5. Sure seems like 2210 should be listed in View and Printing, and the “print form with worksheets” should have page 2 and the calculation worksheet.
6. I managed to print/save the entire set using Snipping for 2210 page 2, but this just doesn't seem right.

This followup e-mail immediately said it was closed, but there’s some fixing work to do, or at least an explanation to share.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
