Form 2210 issues - How to use AI without it asking for 85% waiver? I owe zero.

2210 AI shows I owe nothing. So it may be valuable to include.

I'm not asking for the 85% waiver as I don't owe anything. How do I decheck this so it won't prevent me from filing electronically? If before the AI I only owed $8 (which TT auto deleted from my form during an upgrade a while back and checked 85% on my behalf taking away that $8 fine.) I would much rather have paid the amount due weeks ago and filed, and not gone through the trouble of filling out the AI. But that option wasn't available in some of the software changes that everyone else has had trouble with too. However AI is now done and showing I owe zero. But how do I decheck  85% so I don't get the kick back that I can't file? (Or was this what was fixed when they updated our software on 3/6?)

PS...I've already tried deleting just the AI part to see if I could then delete the 2210 and start over and it just puts the 2210 right back. I tried taking the interview again (which I recall before had a question saying to allow TT to assess the penalty instead of asking for the IRS to check for me and I can't find that part now.)
