Form 1099-B Employee Stock transaction sheet ignores fees entered when calculating FMV/share

I'm entering details from my 1099-B form related to a stock option exercise. I've provided both the Gross proceeds (less commission) amount as well as the commission amount. But during Federal Review, TurboTax is complaining that Line 18 Column (e) should not be more than the FMV/share on exercise date.

It seems like there's a bug in TurboTax where, when it calculates the FMV/share based on box 1d on form 1099-B, it ignores the fees amount I entered. Concretely:

Gross Proceed less commission: 69,954.69

Commission: 5.31

FMV/share: 26.4

Number of share: 2650

But on the Employee Stock Transaction Worksheet, TurboTax is calculating FMV/share as 69,954.69 / 2650 = $26.39, which is incorrect.

Any chance this can be fixed? The workaround I have is to enter box 1d from 1099-B as the amount of Gross Proceeds BEFORE commission, which would make the amount not match up with the 1099-B
