I was on the phone with a turbotax customer service person for 30 minutes and she agreed that I don't have the credit it was claiming I have to upgrade to Deluxe for, but when she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor she hung up on me. Now, when I call back, they won't let me speak to a person - even though I just did for 30 minutes. Anyone have any idea what to do? Not a fan of TurboTax scamming me.
