Filing head of household and my husband is in prison how do I do the exemption section for him?

I'm trying to see if I need to check the boxes that say my husband made no income for the tax year, that he's not filing taxes for the tax year, and that no one else can claim him as a dependent. All are true, but when I do that it gives me an error saying I can't claim him as an exemption. But when I check thee "none of the above" I get no error. I'm filing head of household.
