Hello,
I am applying to bring my wife to the USA and would need to show my tax transcripts. I would like to file as married, but I am not sure if I can do that without her SSN or ITIN. She is not eligible for a SSN yet (application still in process) and she is not able to apply for an ITIN (needs to be applied in person). We do not live together or have any dependants. Also, she was studying for most of 2019 and worked part-time for a few months (total wages are less than $10,000). It would be greatly appreciated if someone could let me know if I can apply as married somehow? Thank you in advance.

You can not file your tax return without your wife having either an SSN or ITIN.
As a married couple, you have two options on how to file; married filing jointly or married filing separately. Both of these options require that your wife has either her SSN or ITIN
