Fiduciary's Colorado account number

I'm working on my mother in law's estate, and I've come to the section in State Taxes asking for Colorado Account number. The box that requires an 8-digit number is populated "APPLDFOR". How do I go about applying for the Colorado Account number for my wife, as she is the fiduciary (beneficiary). Also, I check the box for first year filing a return and I don't have a Colorado Account number. When the review begins there is an error that relates back to this Colorado account number. Can I dismiss this error?
