FICA withholding when status is changed from F1 to O1

Hi,

My status is changed from F1 to O1 on Dec. 2nd, 2019.

My company's payroll didn't receive the change until 2020 so they didn't withhold my FICA tax. 

On my W2-2019, the social security and medicare section are empty.

When I'm using TurboTax Premier, does TurboTax have already considered the FICA tax in my tax return/obligation?

If not, how should I make the FICA tax right?

BTW, I have filed my tax return but haven't received the refund yet.
