FEIE and SOFA

I will more than likely be taking a SOFA position under TESA. That will prevent me from paying taxes overseas. Can I still apply to the FEIE if I don't plan to be in the USA? I plan to be more than 330 days overseas within the next 12 months. Would that satisfy the FEIE?

@jaelitouz before I attempt to answer your question , let us make sure that I understand your situation. I know FEIE ( Foreign Earned Income Exclusion) but have no idea what you mean by SOFA nor TESA. Could you please elucidate ? Which country are you planning to stay and work in ? Are you US Person ( Citizen / Green Card holder ) and if you are not a citizen of USA then which country's passport do you hold?
