TurboTax Deluxe (PC based) suggestions:
1) Size the pop-up help screens for on-demand guidance according to the same percentage used at the bottom of the main screen. (Or allow users to increase the text being viewed using the {Ctrl} Mouse Wheel, similar to other webpages.) Example: I set the view size at 150%. When I clicked on the "Learn More" on the entry screen for “SSA-1099,” line item “Medicare C Premiums,” the screen was small and the text size was locked. The text sizing function, that is available is some other help functions, is not there.
2) Data entry assistance: Please consider carrying over the Gambling form W2-G by payor from previous years. Entering these is a giant pain. Would be nice if the basic information carried over from a previous tax year and would be even more wonderful if there was an "add another" option to add an additional W2-G to a given payor without having to retype all the non-financial payor data. Sort of a smart duplication method.
