Failure to install TURBO TAX PREMIER 2024 Windows 10

I downloaded Turbo Tax 2024 Premier on the first day it was available and it tried to load last year's version and said it could not proceed. Next day I was able to download the 2024 version but it will not load. I have tried everything suggested by support to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem and are there any fixes coming from Intuit?
