failed e-filing after multiple times due to a bug on Turbotax with state refund

Today I spent hours working on the e-filing but failed. In brief, I clicked "Transmit returns now", then it popped up "We need to make one more check". I clicked "continue" and it showed "Check this Entry" which was the State Itemized Deductions (Schedule M1SA). Under "Interest You Paid", item 12 showed "0" (home mortgage interest). I removed the 0 many many times, but it came back to the box again and again, which is the bug that prevented me from submitting the e-filing. I called the support and waited for 45 minutes. The lady listened to my concerns and said she would try to fix it for me through the system. Yet she hung up the phone after one minute. I was never able to connect to a tech support representative anymore. I have already paid the fees for 2 states' e-filing and the Audit defense fees. What can I do at this point?
