F8960-019-04 reject code ... SOLVED for real

For those of you that have been waiting to attempt your e-filing again until you hear for sure that error F8960-019-04 is solved ... I filed successfully today, after getting this error twice before. I am confident that the IRS has indeed corrected the problem.
