Extension Rejected

I filed an extension and paid my estimated taxes through TurboTax by entering my routing/bank info. About 20 minutes later I received an email stating that my extension was rejected due to an issue with Primary SSN:

 

R0000-500-01 - PrimarySSN' and 'PrimaryNameControlTxt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.

 

Will my payment still be withdrawn from my account or should I try making the payment again through IRS DirectPay? I don’t want to pay twice, but also don’t want to get hit with penalties.
