Expense writeoff

If I have two 1099 businesses, can I write off the same expenses under each business or do I have to choose which business to put the expense under?

Example: I use my cell phone for acting and my financial business, can I put my cell phone bill expense under both or do I have to choose a business to put that expense under?

You can't deduct the full amount under each business. You'll have to split this expense between the businesses.

Is there a limitation on expense deduction for conservation expenses related to the Eqip program? Pub 225 on page 30 says yes there is limitation of 25%? It is unclear?
