European Parent as U.S. Military Member's Dependent

Hi community, I need your help!

My mother lives mostly in Europe as I am an U.S. active-duty member.

TurboTax says I cannot claim her as a dependent despite providing 100% support.

Are there any special provisions for military members to claim parents living outside North America as their dependents?

No, unfortunately there is not a special provision for military members to claim their parents outside the US, Canada, or Mexico.
